“Paradìse Lost” Guild

You must be least 18 years old, with a minimum ilvl of 685 (pve equipped, pvp gear, while very appreciated, won't be considered)
Solid knowledge of the class(es) played and of the game mechanics, both general and specific.
A good understanding of english language (at least listening) and ventrilo/teamspeak installed.


About the guild:

Paradise Lost formed in August 2010 as a spinoff from a bigger guild, for a more relaxed/less military-minded raiding.

The main focus is raiding and pve content, we like to have more than 1 raid going weekly, with "secondary mains" characters so active alts are welcome also.
We don't like to bench people out, or getting 4/5 reserves just to optimize the comp for a single fight or, worse, just in case somebody else has to go.
We like to work with the best lineup we can have and "solve" the encounter with brains and knowledge, not just by plainly copying some other guild's tactics/comp.

We are an international guild, so good english is a must in order to understand and be understood.
We raid pretty much to progress AND have fun doing it, because in the end WoW is still a game.
However we do expect good attendance for the main group, and given other people's time is as precious as yours, when a calendar is accepted we do expect attendance.
Emergencies and real life issues have precedence, of course, but we'd like to be alerted of those, if possible.
We don't condone trade trolling, bad behavior towards other players/guilds, unnecessary ganking.
