“From the Ashes” Guild

Who is this guild you are applying to and what is their mindset like:
We are a serious group of happy campers who enjoy to raid on a serious level where its expected of all raiders to prepare and know exactly what to do and whats gonna happen on a boss. We are also very social and as long as the raiding in general and performance is good, we are gonna have a good time, maybe blame the healers for random stuff.. who knows.. (if you are a healer applying, this never happens, i just wrote it... uhm.. f*ck..)

Most of us here are old school raiders ranging all the way back to vanilla, who simply wants to have fun with the game.

What days do we raid, and when do you have to be there: (18.45 = on time, we pull as soon as we can):
Monday: 19.00-23.00
Wednesday: 19.00-23.00
Sunday: 19.00-23.00

What must you do to be a part of this awsome place, in case you choose to apply:

Activity is a must of course, we understand if you have to be somewhere else or you are running late, we all have a life we need to take care of as well. Knowledge of your class, the ability to stay calm during progression and learn from the mistakes we make together as a guild, is a MUST! There is no point in mentioning basic stuff like showing up on time, being prepared with the best possible gems and so on..

We are in generel a pretty laid back group of people who simply wants more from raiding then just seeing mr random bob dying from the same stuff every single time on progression. This being said, we still emphasize on progressing as a solid core who aims to go mythic and progress there as far as we can within our 3 raiding days.

TL:DR: We want people who wants serious raiding and progression, while still having fun and being a semihardcore guild.
