Operation Eskimo is an old raiding guild, founded on Boulderfist in 2007. We decided to take a long break around the middle of MoP due to disillusionment with the direction in which the developers were taking the raiding scene. However, with the announced changes to raiding for Warlords of Draenor, we have decided to get back in the game. We're bringing a strong roster of veteran raiders back to WoW, but we still need warm bodies to fill our ranks.

Note that we are primarily recruiting for the Warlords of Draenor launch, although we plan to raid casually in the coming months in order to gear up and make the leveling as smooth as possible. Our first recruitment step is moving servers to Ragnaros, and in the months leading up to the expansion we plan to slowly recruit promising candidates. If all goes well, we will have a solid roster of roughly 27 people ready to raid at a competitive hardcore level at launch.

Operation Eskimo has traditionally performed well in end-game content, achieving decent kill rankings in TBC and good rankings in Wrath, early Cataclysm, and MoP. Some highlights have included:

*World 16th Vezax
*World 30th Algalon
*World 72nd Arthas
*World 42nd Hallion
*World 32nd Council of Elders

For a full history, you can check our WoWProgress page:

Our core roster has remained very stable over the years, and you can expect similar dedication and results from our raiding in Warlords of Draenor. At the moment, we are looking for decent people rather than specific classes. That being said, we are especially interested in:

*1 exceptional Tank of any class

Some qualities we look for in our raiders:

*Attendance. We are going to raid at least 5 days a week (19 to 00) during progression, and we need people who can attend most of our raids.
*Communication. We need you to have a microphone, and we need you to speak when necessary.
*Social skills. We don't need you to be Mr. Friendly with everyone, but we expect you to be able to handle criticism and jokes on your behalf.
*Experience. We expect you to have a certain amount of ability and experience when it comes to end-game raiding.
*Dedication. You will be required to level and maintain at least one raiding alt, for progression purposes. You will also have to attend raids on the PTR servers.

For now, we are open both to individual applicants and larger packages of people. There will be a lot of changes and roster shakeups in guilds in the next few months. If you think that you (and your friends) can do better than what your current guild situation will allow, let us know.
