“Screams” Guild

Before you apply for Screams, we highly recommend you to read the following:

Screams
Screams is an international raiding guild, with primary focus on 10man raiding. We want to have fun while raiding and playing with people we like as persons and trust as players, without having those few bad players you typically will see in a 25man guild. The majority of the current roster have played in various top100 guilds across europe. (Nihilum, Epicfabriken, realitysucks, to name a few.)
Screams is a social guild, who believes you have the most fun in raiding when everyone performs and is capable of carrying their own weight, this is expected of all current members and future applicants for Screams. Outside raiding you will often find people online playing arena, levelling alts and whatever, we would very much appreciate if you aren't just a raid logger and have other interests in WoW than just the few raids.

Raiding in Screams
Everyone is expected to be flexible with raid days, as a general pointer we raid 3-4 days a week, from 19-23. (wednesday, thursday, sunday and possibly monday/tuesday if we are pushing for noticable kill), but we try to keep our schedule fairly casual so people look forward to raids and not just see it as another 4 hours which has to be done. Loot in Screams is currently solved through roll/common sense, this means we see loot as a tool in raiding and want everyone to be fairly equal in terms of gear, so if someone else is in dire need for x item, you're expected to be able to pass sometimes.
We have a very supportive guildbank, which provides guild bank repairs, very cheap food and flasks if the guildbank has enough assets.

What Screams expect from you
90% attendance, we run with a tight roster and expect people to show up for the far majority of raids.
Speak and understand english at a level which causes no confusions.
Able to handle wiping for hours, wiping should only make you try harder.
A stable and reliable connection, a disconnected player is the same as a dead one, useless.
Having ventrilo installed and preferably having a mic.
Always be min-maxxing your character and dedication to push out those extra numbers.
Gear which is equivalent to our current progress.

Applying to Screams
If you're still interested in joining Screams we would very much like to hear more from you, please note that we do not supply an application template because we expect our members to be able to think and act for themselves without needing babysitting, you should think of this as step one. Below is a list of things of things you should include:

Real-life details (age, location etc.), computer specs and internet connection.
A list of former and noticable guilds and why you decided/had to to leave.
Character details, such as glyphs, talents, professions and why you chose these.
Armory link <- REMEMBER THIS
List of past PVE experience (Naxxramas, pre 3.0 Sunwell or pre 30% Lich King Heroic experience is a huge bonus, hell, even Gruul pre-nerf helps.)
UI Screenshot and a list of keybindings if they're not visual on the screenshot, preferably in a raiding environment.
Anything else you may find important (logs, high experience in another game/arena or similar)
