“Chill” Guild

We are a casual guild located on Sylvanas EU. We are known to be a weekend guild for alts of players in various top 100 guilds but it has changed to being only a few alts, their friends and recruits that we have found. Our goal is to keep the guild running even though we weren't able to keep it as an alt guild for top players. We tend to have a lot of fun during farm raids, our members loves to joke around and have a good (sometimes bad) sence of humor. During progress we are more serious though.

Raid Schedule: Friday/Saturday 19:45-00:00.
You may ask why we raid in the weekends as thats where people usually goes out. Well the alts of top players that are still remaining in the guild raids every weekdays and mid day in weekends which means the only "freetime" we have is weekend evenings. You can always go out after the raid ;)

We are currently recruiting to compensate a few problems we encountered in the release of WoD - The top player alts either quit the game, had to raid weekend evenings on their mains or just didn't want to play on their alts anymore this lead to some of our members (friends) leaving the guild or quitting the game aswell. We also had a problem with reliability, some of our members couldn't even maintain more than 50% attendance which really doesn't work in a guild with a close schedule as ours so we formed a system which tracks everyones attendance and even though we sometimes don't like it - we demote the ppl who can't maintain atleast 85% attendance.

Expectations:

You need to know your class, we don't have time to teach you how to play, you need to be able to keep up with the rest of us otherwise it just won't work out.

You need to have fully optimized your character with enchants, gems, flasks etc.

You need to be able to be a part of "a funny environment" we tend to have a blast in our farm raids on TS and some people are just grumpy and finds it unserious, if you are one of those you don't fit in this guild.

You need to be able to be serious during progress, as stated above we spend a lot of time having a blast but you will need to also balance it a bit, if you are joking around during progress we WILL sit you out.

You need to be able to take criticism, our leadership knows whats good and whats not and we are using logs to evaluate each player to small details, if someone is underperforming such as dying too much or doing too low DPS you'll either have to rapidly improve or we will have to demote you.
