What we want from you:

1. Total dedication to the guild and raiding

2. We need you to show up prepared for all scheduled raids. We demand 100% attendance from everyone in the guild unless you have a really good excuse to miss a raid.

3. General whining is not tolarated at all. If you have a bad attitude and become a nuisance to the guild you will be booted immediately. We do not tolerate people that drag down the spirit of the guild. We're looking for happy and cheerful people who are excited and motivated to play World of Warcraft.

4. Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it. This means being able to adapt to new situations and goes beyond just reading theorycrafting and knowing what skills to use. It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be.

5. Top-notch raid performance goes without saying. This means you must be experienced in high-end raid content and able to play your class to perfection. People who repeatedly die to the same mistakes and perform sub-par compared to the rest of the guild will not last very long.

6. Have a competitive nature both on a guild vs. guild level and an internal level. You will have to earn your raid and guild spot and show that you are the best person for the job. You must be confident in what you are doing and want to show that you can do it better than anyone else.

7. You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. You must also have a microphone and Teamspeak 3.You are required to talk when needed, if you cant communicate we dont want you.

8. Be over 18 years of age, there have been some exceptions to this, but don't even consider it if you are under 17. We need people who got control over their own lives.

What you get from us:

1. A guild for the hard working man or the real life hero. We will raid 4 times a week on this schedule(5 during progress), so make sure it fits your life before you apply to the guild.

Monday: 18.30 - 23.00
Tuesday: 18.30 - 23.00
Wednesday: No raid (18.30-23.00 During Progress)
Thursday: 18.30 - 23.00
Friday: No raid
Saturday: No raid
Sunday: 15.00 - 23.00

2. A fun guild where the atmosphere is priority one. We want everyone to have a great time while playing world of warcraft. The goal of Nihilum is for it to be everyones favorite hobby! But at the same time it will be a guild with a highly competitive nature with many players who have competed at the highest level in every MMORPG they played in.

1. Your character name + Real ID
2. Where you are from / live.
3. Your age.
4. A link to your armory do not forget
5. Links to any WWS/World of Logs/WowMeterOnline etc. that you have for yourself.
6. A Screenshot of your user interface, in a raid environment.
7. An explanation of how you approach your char and what you feel is important to focus on.
8. A history of your experience and previous guilds(VERY IMPORTANT)
9. Link your current/latest guild on Wowprogresss.
10. Any references you wish to cite.
