“Picture This” Guild

"Picture This" is a guild found by group of people that has played and raided together for quite some time. We have all been raiding 25 man's mostly as it was the main raiding scene throughout the world of warcraft evolution path. With coming of "Cataclysm" 10 man and 25 man raids have been equalized in terms of difficulty, achievements and gear and therefore making 10 mans equally as fun and challenging. This has led to a problems in not top end game raiding guilds to maintain their rooster and we have found ourselves in situation of constantly boosting big part of the group. It has limited and ruined the enjoyment and fun in progressing through content and eventually made us make our own 10 man guild... so here we are.

Our goal is to build a rooster of trustworthy/progress hungry players such as we are that will raid end game content and function with several 10 man groups.

We currently operate with one main 10 man group

6/13 Heroic. 10 man raiding guild. looking for two skilled DPS (enh.shamman, frost dk, s.priest, boomkin or lock can work) to join our core raid team. apply @ [www.PT].guildlaunch.com

OUR CURRENT PROGRESS:

*Tier 11 all normal mode content cleared

Our guild rules and expectations from members are clear and simple:

*From our members we require mature and respectful behavior towards other players in guild and out of it, anything different will not be tolerated

*We have fun in our raids raids but we do take it very seriously and we expect same from you. You have to be completely dedicated and serious about progress raiding

*You have to be completely familiar with your class mechanics and be 100% up to date with (sometimes huge) changes

*You need to have some end game raiding experience

*You need to perform in raids up to our standards. We all make mistakes, but only good players learn from them

*Your gear needs to be properly enchanted, gemmed and optimized for raiding

*You need to have 2 raiding professions with a minimal skill of 500 to benefit from them. (Gathering professions are for alts!)

*You need to be prepared with flasks, foods etc.

*Our raid days are Wed, Thur and Mon or Tue (flexible). You need to have +90% attendance, especially if you are in main group.

*We use loot council when distributing loot among our raiders



With guild marked as semi-hardcore we consider not so tensed raiding schedule of 3 raid days per week but we expect very high quality on those.
