“Resolve” Guild

DISBANDED QUITE A WHILE AGO!

Resolve is a guild that is residing on Tarren Mill (H). Our goal is to be competitive in the 3 raiding day bracket and our goal is to be well prepared for The Nighthold onwards! Until then we are doing everything we possibly can to get a solid raiding core with exceptionally skilled players that we can trust and rely on.

In The Nighthold we set our goals higher than this tier, this period is basically to get a solid roster and try people out, people who doesnt make the trial will be replaced for better players, and we are aiming to constantly improve while still having a good and fun atmosphere, yet a serious one!

In the Nighthold you are required to have one alt equally as good as your main, and you gotta be able to play it at a really competitive level, these alt characters will be included in our split run to funnel gear to our main characters.

Our goal as a guild is to be really competitive in the 3 raiding days guild bracket on wowprogress while still maintaining a healthy raiding schedule.

Background & History

The guild has been on the server since September 2014.
Before Resolve was known as a swedish guild but now we are an english speaking guild. Which means we are currently recruiting people from all over the world.

All our current members has loads of experience in the game and in PvE in general so you as an applicant need to have good warcraftlogs & loads of information on your application. Right now we only recruit exceptionally great players that has loads of experience in the game. Generally all of us known eachother for years. Which makes this place unique. We are competitive yet a friendly environment.


Recruitment

We arent recruiting for the bench. However the better you play, the more boss encounters you get to see. If you underperform on a certain encounters then your raiding spot might be in danger. Its important all of our players are always performing & improving. We want quality players & raids. We arent raiding alot but our goal is to be competitive in the 3 raiding days bracket regardless of our raiding schedule.

Our recruitment are currently open for all classes, no specific specialization. However we are currently in need of the current classes more than any others.

1 Balance Druid
1 Warlock





+ ANY Exceptionally great player! regardless of what class/role you are, if you think you have what it takes dont hestiate to contact any officer ingame/submit an application!


What does Resolve expect from you as a potential trial/raider)

Our age limit currently is 18 + years old (we feel like players under this age is too immature to progress seriously, and we arent intrested in people who doesnt have their private life set already.)

We expect our trials/raiders to be able to play their main-specc to a really high standard and constantly try to improve/theorycraft about that certain specc.
However you should also be able to play all your off-speccs at a very competitive level aswell.

You generally have a good idea about all classes in the game.

Outside of our raiding hours you should theorycraft/maximize your character. (Buy all boe's for example if that will aid our progression)

You should be able to commit to our raiding schedule, it is very important you can attend close to 100% attendance each month, especially during our progress period.

Wednesday 20.00-23.30 (raid invite 19.30)
Thursday 20.00-23.30 (raid invite 19.30)
Sunday 20.00-23.30 (raid invite 19.30)


Our raid invites goes out 19.30 and you are supposed to be ready by then, you should be ready with your consumbles,flask/pots - and have your theorycrafting for the boss encounters we are doing. You should be aware of all the boss mechanics and so on before we start the boss encounter.
