Important:We are interested in improving a few positions within the core raiding team. We don’t want to raid before 19:15 ish ever. So it’s vital you are extremely good at what you do. We want to be the best time spend wise. Attendance/Individual performance along with a flavoured personality is what we are looking for and we will be able to meet you with an offer. Equaling main performance on an alt is a massive ++ too.

★ About raiding (Server time GMT+1).
We raid 5 days a week during progression[*]
Mon - 19.15-00:00
Tues - 19.15-00:00
Wed - 19.15-00:00
Thurs - 19.15-00:00
Sunday - 19.15-00:00

[*] During progression raids can be extended after midnight to 01:00
[*] During progression raids can be scheduled on friday/saturday evenings. Especially during the opening week of an instance release.
[*] When progression is over we fall back to a very laid back raiding schedule (farm).
Note: This doesn't happen on a weekly basis but you should be ready for an extended raid should we feel the need to.

★ The Raiding Roster
We want a rather tight core with people that are rarely in need of a day away from raiding. The closer to 100% attendance, the better, during progression and farm.

We highly value people with the right attitude along with high attendance and excellent performance. Quality raiders will always feel rewarded in our community. Just as important is your team spirit; you play for the guild. ScrubBusters has a very competitive environment and you're expected to play your best at all times.

★ Recruitment
We are always interested in good applications for all classes. If you think you can perform better then someone in our raiding roster, please apply. Provide all detailed information required and perhaps earn yourself a full-time raiding position in ScrubBusters. You can also follow our recruitment needs on the website or on wowprogress. We generally answer applications within a few days. Sometimes followed by a non-formal interview on Teamspeak 3.0

★ A few tips before you think about applying
1. Maxing your character with the best professions, consumables and craftables is an absolute must.
2. Do not rush your application. Filling out questions with one word answers is not the way to go.
3. You will most likely be questioned in your application thread. This is because we want to know and understand more about you and your character.
4. Good attitude, attendance and performance is what distinguishes you between trialist and raider.
5. If your internet connection is unreliable, you should stop reading. If your computer shuts down every 2 hours, we don't want you.
6. This is most likely your first and only impression to our guild, be sure to make it worth our time.
7. Application will sometimes be finalized in a Teamspeak interview by the officers.

★ About our server, The Maelstrom
The Maelstrom is a medium population realm with a very multicultural flair with English as its central language. There is a strong PvE culture and active PvP business going on on both factions. This allows our players to enjoy every aspect of the game without huge overcrowding problems or server stability issues.
