“Pernicious” WoW Guild

Hello Twilight's Hammer ! We are recruiting !

Who are we?

Pernicious transferred from Stormscale at the beginning of MoP, and after a long time gathering a solid roster, we finally got our raids going. We've tried to uphold an active raid-environment ever since. As of this post, we have a total score of 9/16 Heroic bosses with patch 5.2 commin' out, and are now trying to reboot our core to continue progressing through ToT, at the same standard as before.

We are currently lookin' for a Healer & a Tank to join our roster and come with us throughout Mist of Pandaria.

Positions available:
• Healer (Paladin/Monk)
• Tank (Death Knight/Warrior/Paladin)
• Dps (Shaman)
• Duel spec of the the positions above would be prioritized over
all (Paladin).

What do we expect for you?

In order to keep our roster solid and friendly, we encourage people to engage in the community. As such, we've added a Facebook group & try to keep it active. This is also serves as an easy way to communicate with the guild, and allow us to rearrange our raid quickly if a player is delayed.

As such, it is important that you keep being active and tell us if you're being delayed, or otherwise unavailable. This does not mean that you should be online in Wow for 4-hours every day, but simply make it possible for us to contact you.

At the end of the day, we are a progress minded guild. We will hit walls, and spend hours trying to overcome the challenges set by Blizzard. If you do not have the mentality to sit out on fights that require it, or wipe for hours, you'll most likely find yourself very disappointed.
It is a requirement for you to fully understand your class, and be aware about what you could offer to help the raid. We do not expect you to write novels to justify your talents, but understanding the game is needed.

We will always expect you to be fully equipped with Flasks, Potions & Food.

What do we offer you?

Pernicious consists of many different players from many different countries. We all try to keep a fun and progressive environment, that pushes to reach a higher level of game play. We will not be number 1 in the world, but we will conquer challenges and have fun doing it. If you wish to join a community that cares, and try to include everyone, you'll fit in here.

While a hierarchy exists within the guild, the roles are always open; Would you like to change something ? Tell us about it, and we'll have a look about it.

We try to keep supporting our players, and if a fight requires a specific player to sit out, we will do our best to get him back into the raid.

Another option is the Raid Stream we try to keep active, so that everyone can join the fights.
