1.1 Raiding times
Monday (19.30 - 23.00)
Wednesday (19.30 - 23.00)
Thursday (19.30 - 23.00)
Sunday (19.30 - 23.00)
1.2 Raid attendance
We don't expect our raiders to attend every raid, every week. Tho, we do expect you to keep your total attendance at a minimum of 80%.
As raiding is what we'll be spending our time on, you can consider it as a "job". Meaning that you're automatically attending to every raid - unless you let the officers know about any kind of absence. If you don't tell your boss that you're not coming, you'll get fired on a short notice...
- "But Scatta, it's only a game, why do you care that much?! - relax dude!"
- "I know that it's just a game 'dude'.. But it's a game that I like to play in my spare time, just as well as you do... I don't know about you, but I care about my spare time and I don't want it to go to waste - I do especially not like it when other people waste my time - so please, use the five minutes it maximum takes to get online and tell that you're not coming!"
If you're going on a vacation, you must let us know, by posting a thread in the "Activity" category at the member section of the forums.
At the thread title you'll post your name and date, like this: "Atharizh - 27/6". And a describtion of what you're going to do at the text field.
1.3 Communication
Having TeamSpeak 3 installed and ready for use is required. We don't need our members being able to speak through TeamSpeak, though everyone must be able to listen.
When we're raiding, we expect you to be quiet in order to let our raid leaders voices through. Do not make "unnecessary noise" unless you're asked a question or you're in a situation where announcing a debuff or buff etc. could come in hand.
1.4 Loot
Items are sorted between our officers and veterans as a loot-council. Our final decision depends on the players attendance, his or her need for the item compared to other needers, slacking overall and our personal opinion.
For an example: 2 pieces of tier gloves tokens drops from a boss. These tokens will be announced for needers in a raid warning.
This signals the players who needs the gloves to notify the officers in the raid chat. While the loot is being awarded, we expect players to keep the chat clear for further notifications, and in addition, everyone including the needers of the items, will move on in the dungeon in order to not to spend additional time.
Items will be given out as described above, and it's a decision that we make. We're not interested in sentences like "Hey man! Why didn't I get the loot?", or "Loooool, that noob doesn't deserve it!". In our opinion, the players who receive the items, deserves them for a reason.
1.5 Socialising outside the guild
We do not tolerate any kind of bad words jumping from man to man all over the server about our guild or it's members.
Stuff like ninja-looting on alts in pugs, being a jerk in groups & mugging people etc. will be taken seriously the second it's revealed.
And will most likely result in an instant guild kick.
1.6 Bonelock
Bonelock was founded on the 13th of june 2011. We're a bunch of guys who started this guild, with a great background of raiding experience. The majority of us has cleared almost all content since The Burning Crusade.
We started this guild mainly due to raiding with great friendships, raiding end-content and still being social.
This guild is build for people who also wants a night off sometimes, getting your correct hours of sleep, play with some great persons, and still keep in mind that we're also raiding cause we want to see the entire content before pre-nerfs hit.
As mentioned earlier at point 1.2, we're not using any kind of sign-up systems for raiding. But rather a sign-off system.
If you think of it like a job. "And yes.. we know it's not a job". You call in sick, if you can't meet.
We've got a forum category named "Activity", only visible to users of the rank member or higher. We ask you to create a topic in-case you need a night off, but keep in mind that we do have a standard of attendance.
More information about the section "Activity", will be found inside the section. If you need access to our member sections, please contact any officers or veterans online and we'll deal with it A.S.A.P.
If you find any of this interesting, we're happy to let you know
that we're also very interested in hearing from you.
