“Clarity” WoW Guild

Greetings,

First of all i would like to say that recruitment is open! We are currently replenishing our roster. After unsuccesful merge we are back on Twisting Nether, rebuilding out guild. We are raiding 10 man but very soon we would like to go back to 25 man raiding!

We are instersted in any classes nearly and also in small groups of good players.

We are a guild with very long history starting in Vanilla WoW where several of our current players were playing together. Clarity was officialy formed right before TBC release. During TBC we were always fighting for server firsts, we got sever first Illidan kill (on our old realm Xavius), then after migration to Ravencrest we managed to get server second on Felmyst, Eredar Twins, M'uru and Kil'Jaeden. In Ulduar we were always in top 3 guilds doing hardmodes. After achieving Realm First Heroic Lich King, we are now situated on Twisting Nether, were we fight for the top server position alongside another guild. After a short bump in the road at early progression, we managed to pull back the server first for Al'Akir, and server Second for both Nefarian and Sinestra; and have high hopes for coming out on top During Firelands in 4.2 and beyond.

Clarity is very stable and socialy strong guild. We didnt have any huge issues with raiding, even during this summer we didnt realy have to cancel any raids.

During progress periods our raiding schedule are planned out like this:

Wednesday – 19.30-23.30
Thursday – 19.30-23.30
Monday – 19.30-23.30
Tuesday – 19.30-23.30

If you are interested, we expect you to meet the following criteria:

Age:You should be at least 18 years old. At rare occasions, exceptions are made if you can convince us you are mature enough and got enough control over your own life.

Maturity:In compliance with the above, we expect our members to be mature, and be able to handle constructive criticism. We expect you not to be a lootwhore or a drama queen. Both of these are perfectly good reasons for an immediate guild kick.

Raid Attendance:We require high attendance. You have to be able to attend at least 4-5 raids a week in the raidtimes mentioned above.

Raid Performance: If we accept you into the guild, you should be able to play competitively with other players in the guild. Whether it is as dps, healer or tank, you are expected to perform equally or better to the other players of the guild.

Gear Level:We are mainly looking for people who are hovering over 520 ilevel of gear. Any lower and you will have to prove to us you will be able to perform better given gear upgrades, and any higher will be a significant plus.

Class Knowledge: A very good knowledge and understanding of your class and boss mechanics is required.

Communication: You must have a microphone and be able to speak on ventrilo. We expect you to speak English on a level that is understandable for everyone. You are expected to be able to pass on information verbally before, during and after fights, just like you are expected to listen carefully to the officers.
