About QWERTZY

QWERTZY guild is a group of players that are committed to have fun with the game, holding the ambition to progress raiding in patch 5.2

We currently have a humble progress but we are motivated and focus to reach to the next level. We are getting even more skilled and geared, aiming to progress through the current content without abdicating the fun of it.

Although the hard skills of a player (knowing all the aspects of his own class & spec, his gear, knowing the tactics of the current fights and having the secondary professions on their max) are important, the soft skills (motivation, experience, raid awareness, good attitude towards problems and difficulties, attendance and dedication) are what makes QWERTZY a guild with the potential to be one of the top guilds to play in EU-Twisting Nether.

☑ Raiding Style: Semi hardcore raiding. To be able to raid, all must have their gear tuned (gems, enchants, reforges), and have the proper consumables (flasks, pots, food).
☑ Raid schedule: 20:00 - 23:00 RT every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

☑ Raid Roster: We aim to have around 12 players ready to rotate in to meet encounter demands or gearing up wisely.

☑ Loot system: Loot council. Patterns and Bind on Equip items go directly to the guild bank. (unless we believe a raider can benefit from the new piece of gear)

☑ Raid communication: Ventrilo.


Recruitment

Progression is important, but not at the expense of a player's fun. This is why we take a no drama approach and encourage our raiders to enjoy themselves. Co-operation, a positive attitude and communication are essential in a raiding environment. We don't expect people to have the best gear. We do, however, expect guildies to do their best, make the most of their character and of course, know when it's time to get their game faces on! It is a team effort after all.
We carry through this mentality with our social members. The guild can only be as fun and successful as the guildies make it! If raiding isn't your thing, then bring some of your own interests into the guild and include people in on events.

But first a few considerations:

✔Maxing your character with the best professions, consumables and craftables is a good start;

✔Be ready to wipe on guild progress encounters with max consumables;

✔Do not give us telegraphic answers. Filling out questions with one word answer... not good;

✔Be honest in your answers. You will most likely be questioned based on the information you gave us in your application;

✔Be a friendly and mature person, be able to take jokes and criticism, and have a good attitude. This is A MUST. If you don't review yourself in this phrase, this guild is not for you. Drama will not be tolerated;

✔If your internet connection is unreliable, change your ISP before applying. No one wants to raid with a player that keeps dc'ing and causing wipes.
