“Stellar Winds” Guild

Info:
We'd like to think we are semi-hardcore. <SW>'s current progress is 10/12N with focus on Nefarian.
We do not allow our members to clear content before the guild has done it, that reset. You want to pug raids, do it on Tuesday.
All applicants should be mature, fun-loving and work well with others, as well as trying their best to find their place in our fun group - we all play this game for fun, and we'd like applicants who feel the same way.
We are looking for people who not only can raid, but also fit in with us.

Days:
We raid 4 days a week and require you to attend/sign up a minimum of 60%.
Wednesday 20.00-23.00 CET
Thursday 20.00-23.00 CET
Sunday 19.00-23.00 CET
Monday 20.00-23.00 CET

Recruitment:
1 tank
1 healer
1-2 magic dps

Tank, preferably a DK, but a Warrior works aswell.
Moonkin druid, preferably with resto offspec.
Shadow priest, preferably with healing offspec.
Warlock, any specc will do.
Healer, either holy priest or resto shaman.

Although your class may not be listed, feel free to apply. Exceptional applications will always be considered.

Lootsystem:
Our loot system is "loot council", based on what the bigger upgrade is for the raid, not the individual person.
To do this, we keep track of attendancies. And to whom an item will be a bigger upgrade.

Requirements:
- Ilvl 345 average min. (also be spell-hit capped, etc)
- know your class well and/or not afraid to learn.
- Being able to listen/understand and speak english.
- Having ventrilo including a microphone, and being able to use it.
(Ventrilo is our guild chat, without you being able to join us on ventrilo, you probably won't fit in.)
