“Consistency” Guild

BACKGROUND
Consistency are looking for experienced players to MoP and our core 10m-team. My mate and I started Consistency up after we left Tarren Mill at the beginning of the DS. 6 months after we started shakily up on Outland, and we would like to join a raiding guild, however, without success. We decided to make our own and that is how Consistency came alive. We are a guild with few close members which has a lot of experience in WoW. We have a social atmosphere in and outside of the raid, while we are serious when we need to. Consistency would like to achieve much in the MoP from day one.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
* A semi-hardcore raiding guild with 3-4 raiding days (4 days under progress)
* Experienced members who know their classes.
* A social & active guild
* You won't see slack, because we simply dosen't tolerate it.
* Members who think of the guild as a whole.
* A guild that chooses the optimal setup for a particular boss in progress.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* You have good experience in raid and know your class in any situation and position.
* You see the guild as a whole and would like to achieve much with us.
* You will attend 99% of the times
* You will agree with our rules:
You have 3 strikes when you get 3 strikes you're kicket no matter what. strikes are resset each 6 month. You can get strikes by:
1. Not signing up 24 hours before the raid.
2. Not meeting up.
3. Slacking in general.

Our Team 2 is currently developing, and we are recruiting all kind of players atm for our Team 2. Täcke will be in charge of Team 2.
