“Exiled” Guild

Exiled of the PvE server Aerie Peak is looking to recruit a few exceptional people.

Wed: 8:15-12 PST
Thurs: 8:15-12 PST
Sun: 8:15-12 PST
Mon: 8:15-12 PST
Tues: Offnight / 10 mans
We have a fairly light schedule for a "hardcore" raiding guild (14 hours a week) and as such we can't afford to waste time. This means that we are fairly demanding of our members.

What we want in potential recruits:
- Self-motivated people with a thorough understanding of your classes mechanics and all relevant theorycrafting. Be able to perform your classes role at a high level be it DPS, healing, or tanking.

- Full consumables for EVERY raid, including "farm content" Flasks/Food Buffs/Potions are expected.

- Willingness to put in the effort and read up on any new encounters that we are learning. You should show up with a good understanding of a fights mechanics and having read the current strat that we post on our forums.

- Good awareness. Don't stand in fire, don't blow up the raid, don't take four ticks of encapsulate. If you can't DPS/Heal/Tank and be aware of what else is going on in the fight at the same time don't apply.

- Able to make AT LEAST 3 out of 4 raids a week. We have a fairly casual schedule for a progressed guild, and don't find it unreasonable to expect people to make all four raids most weeks.

- This post sounds pretty serious, but really we all play this game for fun and are pretty laid back. You need to have a similar mindset and be able to take a joke or two :)

These are NOT backup positions, you will be expected to be able to step in right away and fill a full-time raid spot.
