- Can maintain good raid attendance and give forewarning of upcoming absences.
- Knows their class enough to know what stats to gem and enchant and perform to the best of their class' abilties.
- Comes to raid prepared to raid. This includes flasks, food, gold to repair, and no duties to perform outside of raiding during raid time.
- Can accept criticism about their performance and instructions on boss fights.
- Does not mind nights of wipes on progression fights.
