Premonition Alleria is raiding again in Cata and taking server
firsts. Our website is a work in progress. Raid leading and boss
killing are what we do, website design so far is not.
If you suck at wow, no thanks. If you can't show up to raids, no thanks. If you didn't bother to get gear for your character from heroics or don't feel like flasking, or you show up to progression raids drunk, no thanks. You will be expected not to fail, to own up to your fail, and to figure out how to improve. If you have not read the current theory crafting for your class, no thanks.

We do want apps, and we do raid hard. We just don't have a use for people who are bad.
