Guild Biography
Accelerate is a fast paced progression guild that merged from two successful TBC guilds (Action Potential and One Night In Org). Accelerate also picked up the Top Talent from several other small guilds, in it's original charter. On a sever where small friendship guilds or small elitist guilds are the norm... Accelerate has broken new ground and old prejudices in demonstrating how bigger guilds leverage the average raider into above-average raiding. The original focal point during the foundation of Accelerate was the Ice Crown Citadel content patch, where we will attempt to break and hold the very difficult Top 100 World Rank.
Server History
Accelerate has created an environment of friendly competitive play on a formerly back-water server and has breathed new life into Andorhal progression raiding. Upon Andorhal's inception, the server was almost instantly High-pop and server locked. Competition was high and both factions were thriving. Eventually several guilds transferred off, leaving only one guild on Horde to inherit the Top talent and push progression. Andorhal settled into a comfortable Medium-pop status and falling in the server ranks to an average 130's in the USA. Presently, with the advent of faction changes and many server xfers coming in, competition has inspired the server into climbing the ranks were Andorhal currently sits in the mid-60's for USA servers. Andorhal is part of the Stormstrike battlegroup, where our members match up with some of the best in the world.
The Raids
Raid Attendance is mandatory for all but pug raids.
We have FOUR 25man ToC Raids, with a FIFTH ToC25 Raid beginning November 24'th.
We have TWO ToGC25man Raids and SIX ToGC10 man raids. More forming every week...
Upon joining, a member is assigned specific raids to attend. Anything not specified is considered "puggable". Those that excel at their class are moved into the highest progression raids.
