Active Recruitment:
-1 Ranged DPS
-1 Healer
Schedule Information:
Mediocracy raids 25 man content 3 nights per week between Sun-Thurs. The 3 raid nights vary week to week, but the raid schedule is typically posted approximately 2-3 months in advance to allow you to plan your irl aggro around. The raid times are 7-midnight on raid nights EASTERN TIME. We never schedule 25 man raid content on Friday or Saturdays.
There is no set 10 man raid content schedule, but we still aggressively run 10 man raids (typically 2-3 groups per week) on our off nights.
We expect 100% or VERY NEAR 100% attendance from all of our raiders. We do not consider applications of members who aren't available for one of our raid nights and/or people who have to miss parts of multiple nights. The reason for this is we run an extremely tight roster. We don't recruit for bench positions, nor typical "applicant" positions. If we are recruiting, it is for core raid spot...Thus the 100% attendance requirement.
Loot System
We distribute loot via loot council. We have ran this system without drama for fallout since our first Mount Hyjal and Black Temple raids. The goal of the council is simple: Progression. Because of this goal, we are able to distribute loot/gear evenly throughout the guild/raid without bias or "favoritism" to progress through content. We base our choices on a variety of factors in no particular order:
* Upgrade (including set bonus figures on Tier gear)
* Attendance
* Performance
* Loot History
Repairs and Consumables:
We enable guild repairs for all 25 man raid content and encourage our raiders to make use of this to limit the burden on their gold. We provide Fish Feasts for all 25 and 10 man raid content but we do expect our raiders to use whatever food is best for their class/role in the raid. (ie-Strength food is better for DK and their pets, Healers may want mp5 food for mana intense encounters, etc). We expect all raiders to bring sufficient flasks/elixirs/potions for our 25 man raids. This requirement is extended to any and all flasks/potions---(think hp flasks for 3 Knock Freya or shadow potions for pre-nerf Vezax or frost potions for Anub'arak). We regularly monitor who is using Haste or Wild Magic potions via add-ons and WorldOfLogs.
We ask that our raiders keep full epic gems and the best possible enchants on their raid gear. We assist with enchants by keeping a regular stock of enchanting mats in the guild bank and charge a nominal/low price for these mats. We do not otherwise require any donations or submissions to the guild bank by our members.
