- Raid Days & Times -

Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30-11:30 Server (EST).

Thursday is an optional raid day for people looking to do alt raids or continue progression.

History

Cryogen is a guild that was formed on the Doomhammer server on June 24th, 2012. The guild was formed from a few people who wanted to come together and experience content, at a solid pace, even with minimal raid days. We were very successful, even at the start. We later transferred to Area 52, which was, and still is, a top Horde PvE server, in hopes of finding some good talent, and a lively server.

Our focus is on completing Heroic raids in a timely and enjoyable fashion. If we get a capable team, we will consider Mythics as well.

Loot Distribution: Using the New and Improved Personal Loot System

Duplicate loots to be distributed among other guildies who need the loot.
We're here to have a good time, NOT to deal with loot drama! It is on that person to be a responsible adult...as a close knit guild, this isn't much of an issue to begin with.

Legion

Tier 19

Horde - Area 52

7/7N, 7/7H Emerald Nightmare, 3/3N Trial of Valor

Currently progressing in ToV and building up our roster to have a reliable core capable of Mythic progression once Heroics are cleared.

Tier 18

Horde - Area 52

12/13H Hellfire Citadel.

Finished as a lot of guilds did...losing interest by the end of the tier. People were tired of WoD and had no desire to even play the game.

Tier 17

Horde - Area 52

7/7N, 7/7H, 2/7M Highmaul. 10/10N, 10/10H Blackrock Foundry.

Like everyone else, we enjoyed the flex mode system...but it was very difficult to get a solid group of 20 core raiders continually showing up for a lackluster xpac, but we still love raiding, and will continue to do it in tier 18 and beyond.

Mists of Pandaria

Tier 16

Horde - Area 52

1/14 HM

Everyone was tired of the tier and just wanted to pick back up heavily for the xpac for tier 17. Overall, we wanted to do well in MoP. However, no one was overly excited about the expansion. We lost a lot of guildies who couldn't transfer to the new server. Admittedly, it was difficult to keep people motivated enough to want to keep clearing the same tier of content over and over while waiting for the next wow expansion, so we decided to take a break and try another game to fill the time in between. Wildstar was a decent game, but it just couldn't keep most of us interested long enough. Despite taking breaks, and trying other games here and there, we always end up right back in WoW. We love the game, and nothing can seem to replace that feeling you get when you down a raid boss in WoW.

Tier 15

Horde - Area 52

6/13 HM

Transferred to Area 52 towards the end of tier 14 and switched to Horde (Horde is awesome). Again, we were pretty successful for a guild that raided very few days like we did.

Tier 14

Alliance - Doomhammer

5/6 HM 1/6 HM 4/4 NM

Ranked 1st in 10 man (Alliance) on the Server while we were raiding it. Took a break for a bit after having attendance issues, and dealing with a mostly dead server to recruit on.

Cataclysm

Tier 13

Alliance - Doomhammer

8/8 HM Cleared

We were very excited to have cleared the content with just the starting people we could get together for the guild.

If interested in joining and being apart of a core team for Legion and beyond, contact either myself (Uddermayhem/Udderlust), Nutmeg/Rysha, or Sarukhas in game on the Area 52 Server.
