Where did you come from?

Currently Online traces its roots back to 2013, in World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria. What started as a band of friends struggling to clear a raid, has now blossomed in to the fastest growing and largest World of Warcraft guild in the world. At Currently Online you’ll find a breath of fresh air at every avenue. At its foundation, Currently Online is managed by some of the most professional community managers in the industry. With over 35 volunteer staff members working around the clock, there is no stone left unturned. You’ll find yourself looking at a standard of quality that is seldom (if ever) found elsewhere.

What do we hope to achieve?

At Currently Online, we strive to create the most unique gaming community on the planet. Obviously in any gaming community, the players come first. Too often is this said, but at Currently Online you’ll finally find an organization that means it. Our number one priority is to create an incredible atmosphere, conducive to the experience of all gamers from all walks of life. Bringing these players together, while providing a means for them to create lasting memories, as well as meaningful relationships is all part of our mission. As long as we are doing our jobs right, none of our members should have to say “there’s nothing to do…” Currently Online creates an atmosphere so full of activity, that it will surely provide a means for any player to enjoy the game how they like it.

Take off that tin foil hat partner! You’ll find no hidden motive here. World of Warcraft is a game that revolves around it’s community. In more recent years, the community hasn’t been as great as it used to be. This is exactly the reason we created Currently Online.

To us, a healthy community would contain the following things:

Effective moderation to keep chat flowing.
Numerous activities to partake in.
Lots of players to go along with those activities.
This not only creates a great game for the players, but for us to enjoy as well. That was the ultimate goal for this community and it’s coming together nicely.

Where are we headed?

Currently Online has been one of the most revolutionary guilds to ever exist within World of Warcraft. Our rise to the top hasn’t happened without reason, our members have learned to expect a certain quality standard within our community, and we’re dedicated to keeping this standard our top priority. Connecting thousands of players with similar goals, as well as giving them a platform to communicate on and share experiences not only keeps our community strong, but gives our players reasons to check back daily. Our explosive growth will continue within World of Warcaft for a very long time, and we are already looking to expand into a multi-game network very soon. Supporting multiple games while having a foundation of so many dedicated players will turn Currently Online into a powerhouse in the gaming industry. We hope you’re here while it’s happening!
