To anyone considering applying with Phobia:
Phobia is a progressive raiding guild. Teamwork is essential and an all for one and one for all attitude is a must. The Phobia membership is expected to hold themselves accountable to a higher standard. Constantly seeking to improve every aspect of there character and game play. Self accountability is at a premium with Phobia.
We are not babysitters, nor are we obligated to drag anyone through content. Players have to perform on a nightly basis. There evaluated continuously and expectations are high.
1. Attending 4 raid nights per week is mandatory
2. Come prepared and repaired.
3. Be early
4. Strive for perfection
5. Man up and fix it if you make a mistake.
6. Forum Trolls apply elsewhere. No member of Phobia posts on the server forums and doing so is reason for a g/kick. No, we're not Nazi's, we simply aren't about drama and that's what the forums seem to thrive on.

Invites at 7:15 PM EST Pulls at 7:30 Est Lasting until 11:30 Est
