Our Goal:
We are dedicated to providing a mature, progression based environment and are always looking for SKILLED players with a proper attitude at all times..

This means three key things are done to ensure success:
-A professional mature environment that seeks to immediately weed out those who cannot be respectful to guildies/raiders, people who cause drama or general immaturity.
-A constant unbiased decision based model which looks after THE GUILD as a whole.
-Removal of raiders who cannot follow instructions, seek to improve their game play, have problems avoiding fires of multiple colors, etc.

Guild Philosophies


Love of the game
We want the type of player that LOVES TO RAID. Do you have 10 alts? Do you raid on all of them? Do you enjoy mastering multiple characters? We want the guy who if the they had the time would raid 20, 30, 40 hours a week. We want the guy who loves to grind out the heroic raids from endless wiping to endless farm. We want people who raid for progression and fun, not purples.

"Skill"
Are you the raider who is always kiting, kicking shells, pressing buttons, doing other peoples jobs on top of your own? You are probably good. We want players who can maximize their dps while doing mechanics. We hate nothing more then the person who thinks they are an amazing raider because they do 100k dps while standing in fire. Good raiders know how to position themselves, know when to move, how to do mechanics and most importantly never train the boss over doing mechanics. Is that you??

Constant Improvement
It is our goal to be pushing ourselves every tier and every raid, therefore it is not enough that you know the ins and outs of your class, you must always be looking to stay on top and compete with the best in the world. Do you look at your raid logs daily? Do you discuss how to do better with other high ranked players? Are you reading up on class changes, seeking out minor details, always wanting to push to be better?

Attitude
It's simple, we are a professional & well adjusted team. Most of us are adults with children, full time jobs, etc. We love to raid, we expect people not to stand in fire, we don't like wiping to stupid crap. WE GET IT. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN BE A PRICK There is ZERO space in this guild for swollen heads, selfish people, etc. Let the GMs worry about those who stand in fire, you do your job.
