“Efficiency” Guild

<About Us>

Efficiency is a relatively new guild, with goals of being on top through every upcoming tier. All of our members have come from hardcore raiding environments to a little bit more of a relaxing environment, but while also sharing the same goal as top hardcore guilds of finishing tier content in a timely matter.

<What we expect from our raiders>

We expect the same from our raiders as top guilds in the world do. This means that we expect all raiders to maintain their characters to raid standard, with enchants, gems, and the like. We also expect our raiders to research and try to improve themselves during downtime (when our raid is not inprogress) This could be things like bouncing ideas to improve your damage/raid strats between guild mates, or using SimCraft to min/max your character and really get the most out of your role.

Each player is given a trial period, during this trial period they will be watched closely, and our logs will be checked. Players who are constantly not doing mechanics correctly, or not executing our strats, will be replaced for players who have a more vital role in our raid group. While we raid in a more relaxed environment, we still expect all of our raiders to be able to dodge fire, and not need calls made for them. (e.g to stack, or move).

We also expect players to bring their own flasks/pre-pots, and to maintain them with every pull. This means potting twice a pull, and keeping flasks to a 100% uptime during our raids.

<What Efficiency gives it's raiders>

Efficiency offers a relaxed raid environment, while also promising progression will be made with each raid night that finishes. We also promise that people who do not preform to the standard of the guild, will be replaced regardless of their importance to the raid group, or to the guild.

We offer a stable Raidcall server for our players to communicate in, or outside of the raids, and also a stable website where players can ask for advice, talk about our raid strats, and how to improve them. Or just talk about whaetever they wish.

Our officer team will ensure that no conlfict arises, and that downtime during raids is as short as possible. Should anyone have a problem, they can contact the officers whenever they wish to discuss anything that is on their mind.

1/7 Mythic - Mythic Kargath dead

Our current raid times are as follows:

Wednesday - 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time
Thursday - 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time
Sunday - 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time
Monday - 8:00pm - 11:00pm Server Time

All raiders are expected to be online 15mins prior to raid commencing for raid invites. If you will be away for a raid night, it is expected to be posted on the forums so we know ahead of time. (At least 24hours ahead if possible).
