About Us
Insidious is the oldest guild on Barthilas. We like our raids, and we like doing them well and having fun while doing it. We aren't 'hardcore' more 'dedicated' and trying out best, and giving it our all. We like to joke around, so be prepared for that.

We aren't looking for a certain class or spec, moreso the people. We're looking for people we can have fun with, know what they're doing, pulls their weight in raids, puts the appropiate effort in and is a consistant and reliable raider.

Gear is no substitute for skill, so applications with lesser gear but good raid experience may considered.
Tunnel visioners, meter whores, cry babies, loot whores, faggots, retards and bads need not to apply.

Raid times are;
Wednesday
Thursday
Sunday

8pm to Midnight Server Time.
Invites start at 7:45pm and that's when you're expected to be ready.

Applicant Expectations
DPS - > ~17k+ consistant DPS, whatever gets you to that mark.

Tanking - > ~160K unbuffed HP with a good amount of mitigation so you don't go down like a sack of shit and aren't a mana sponge for healers.

Heals - > 95k MP unbuffed is a good benchmark as long as you're balancing stats and aren't stacking SP, a reasonable about of haste/crit depending on your class, though with healing it's not as 'fixed' as Tanking or DPSing, more so the way you play triage.

Gear: ~346 equipped item level.

Any other exceptional apps will be considered.

"We're looking for people who can be assinged a special job and do that as best they best. We're looking for people that know what other people's jobs are and what to do if something suddenly happens and you're asked to pick it up mid fight in a few seconds. We're looking for people who have a clear understanding of the fight mechanics and can make split second descions between a bad and worse choice. We're looking for people who have very good situational awareness. Most importantly we're looking for people who can joke around and who can enjoy raiding hours with us and who know when to take things seriously.

We're NOT looking for miners or whore in any shape or form. We're not looking for people who stand next to Blistering Zombies/Vengeful Spirits or in any form of fire. We're not looking for people who need gear or just want the achievements to get into PuGs/Guilds later on down the road. We're not looking for people who can't take or deal jokes. We're not looking for just general fuck heads or cock suckers.
