“Manifest” Guild

Manifest is a guild on the Black Dragonflight server. Our current goal is to focus on 10-man raiding, in particular clearing all heroic content currently available. We plan on being as efficient with our time as possible, and as such, we will be running only two scheduled raids a week. This means that all members must be able to perform at peak performance for two nights without screwing around or taking many breaks.

However, this short raid cycle does not mean that we won't be an active guild. Off-night raids and things of that nature aren’t out of the realm of possibilities, and will be actively encouraged. Also of note, our guild utilizes Mumble as a voice-communication tool instead of Ventrilo, which is required for raiding.

Raid Info:
* Raids will be on Sun/Wed from 7-10 EST.
* Loot will be handled by Loot Council.

We look for several things in any potential recruit, such as:
* Complete understanding and up to date knowledge of you class, the game, and current raid content.
* Heroic level gear that is ready for raiding.
* Very high raid attendance. We understand real life happens, and that is why we are hesitant to give any specific percentage numbers, but you should strive to make all raids; a small raid core and few raid nights don’t lend well to absentee raiders.
* Have a great attitude, which includes, but isn’t limited to: a sense of humour, progression driven focus, and a friendly demeanour. Having a great attitude is also mutually exclusive with drama, so if you are “drama llama”, “drama mama”, or drama whatever, you need not apply.
