“Icecrown Royal” WoW Guild

<Icecrown Royal> is here to take over late night raiding and we need your help. We are 5/5 in 25ToC and 1/5 25HTOGC.

We have been a relaxed late night guild but lately we're striving for a "casually hardcore" label. WoW is a game and should be fun, but our definition of fun is putting quality time into our raids to progress as a guild while still having fun. This can only happen when everyone does their part. We need competent, reliable, and mature raiders to start our Hard modes in ToC 25, so we are recruiting at least one player of every class.

Please, only apply if you meet the following requirements:

- You can raid Tuesday-Thursday 9pm - Midnight Server Time. (Optional 10man raids are usually held Sundays and Mondays.)
- You will come PVE flasked, spec-ed and gemmed, and with 100% understanding about the mechanics of your class and how to min/max it for raids. (I.E. You read ElitistJerks.com and TankSpot.com, among others)
- You have Vent, a working Mic, and are fluent in the English language.
- You have at least majority TOGC 10/TOC 10 & 25 gear. We will gear you if you prove to us that you are in fact, worth gearing. :) (It's no secret that Skill>Gear, but please, give us something to work with.)

We use a Loot Council system and offer free repairs during progression raids.

Please be advised that Guild Leaders and Officers have a meeting every Wednesday and part of that meeting is dedicated to reviewing recruit performance, as such, "filtering" is not uncommon. We will however, work with you and help you in whatever area you lack, provided you are willing to try and have high raid attendance.
