Mediocrity is the oldest still raiding Blackrock guild on the
server.
If you're looking for a stable guild, no drama, fair leadership, and just generally a good set of people, Mediocrity is definitely the guild for you.
We were formed by most of the 1st level 60's on the server, and have been running strong with the same leadership ever since (4+ years and counting!). We're no longer the #1 horde guild though with Nurfed coming to blackrock... but with that said, Blackrock is _the_ destination for end-game PvE AND arena, with PUGs that can clear ToC25 and in general just high population at any time of the day. Yes, we are part of BG9.
Accomplishments:
1) US 25th top guild by progress as of Oct 10, 2009.
2) US 14th top guild by achievements as of Oct 10, 2009.
3) US 24th on "Tribute to Mad Skill (25)"
4) As of Oct 10, 2009, Mediocrity has the #1 10man group in the world, by achievements.
5) In Sunwell, we had a top 50 US kill on Eredar twins.
6) Mediocrity had server first kills in Molten Core from Magmadar through Majordomo. We have always kept our raiding progression at an elite level in the 4+ year (and counting!) existence of Mediocrity.
Essential info:
1) Raid times Mon-Thu, from 7pm-midnight server (This server is a pacific coast server, with much of our population based in California, and the western united states, although we have many members from all over the globe, so you will ALWAYS have a guildie online at any time of the day).
2) A very fair DKP based loot system that is frequently normalized providing new members easy access to gear upgrades. No more loot drama.
3) We are very strong theorycrafters, and we constantly push each other to do better. As the GM, I am very open to working with members to improve, provided they show initiative themselves!
