-Raid Times: Tues/wed/thurs 5-9pm PST (8-12pm Est)

-Recently formed guild in which more than half of our core has prior raid experience with one-another

-Primarily composed of cutting-edge progression raiders who simply don't care to devote our entire lives to raiding 24/7 anymore, minus a few proteges and skilled friends

-We're pushing for at least top 3 on server, and thus that is the general skill level that will be expected of all raiders/applicants.

-Raid spots are entirely based upon performance and attendance; if you are underperforming consistently then you will be subject for replacement by someone who can perform better in your role

-Rotating/subbing/swapping players during mythic progression is an inescapable fact. It may happen to you for any number of reasons, the primary of which being the necessity for specific class balance on any given encounter

-Loot distribution in Normal/Heroic will be handled with personal with personal loot, whereas mythic will be handled by Loot Council

-Loot Council will determine eligibility for an item based upon overall attendance, performance, number of pieces received already, which class/spec a piece might be BiS for, etc

-Every raider on our roster is expected to have thick skin and take responsibility for their mistakes during raids. If you cause the raid to wipe because you have repeat issues with the same mechanics then you will be called out on it. The most crucial detail for any applicant is that nothing is ever a personal attack, and if you think of criticism in that way then you simply aren't a good fit for us

We may have a competitive raiding atmosphere, but that isn't meant to imply that the second someone better than or better geared than you applies to the guild that we will just drop you from the roster. As long as everyone is performing consistently at a certain standard, there is absolutely no reason for us to accept excess applicants. Another very important aspect of our raid atmosphere to note is that while we are very serious during pulls, that doesn't at all mean that we aren't looking to have a good time while doing it. We're always shooting the !@#$ with each other in-between pulls regarding parses and performance, as long as it doesn't get in the way of getting back to the boss quickly and pulling as soon as possible during progression

The ideal raiding environment that we would like to develop is one in which everyone on the roster can handle their specific roles on any given encounter without outside spoon-feeding from the Raid Leader or anyone else forthat matter. You will be expected to be able to think for yourself, and not be a mute when it comes to relaying important information to your raid over VoIP (such as being a part of a stun/interrupt rotation, or use of raid CD's/personals if you're going to be using an invuln to block incoming dmg on yourself so healers know not to waste their time or CD's).

All of that being said, if you're interested in becoming a part of our mythic team then drop an app (link is top left of home page) and if you have any questions please include them at the bottom of the application or feel free to contact Captivates or Grâxx in-game.
