We have been able to keep the horde #1 spot on BWR for
the past 5 raiding tiers, and plan to hold on to it while shooting
for better overall. We have high expectations from our raiders to
ensure that we succeed in doing so.
What we expect, as well as what you can expect from us.
1.) We need you to show up prepared for all scheduled raids, unless you have a really good excuse to miss or be late to a raid.
2.) General whining is not tolerated at all. If you have a bad attitude and become a nuisance to the guild you will be booted immediately. We do not tolerate people that drag down the spirit of the guild. I'm looking for happy and cheerful people who are excited and motivated to play World of Warcraft.
3.) Complete knowledge of your class, how to gear and spec it. This means being able to adapt to new situations and goes beyond just reading theory-crafting and knowing what skills to use. It's something that we expect people to have put a lot of thought into so their character can be the best it can be.
4.) Top-notch raid performance goes without saying. This means you must be experienced in high-end raid content and able to play your class to perfection. People who repeatedly die to the same mistakes and perform sub-par compared to the rest of the guild will not last very long.
5.) Have a competitive nature both on a guild vs. guild level and an internal level. YOU WILL HAVE TO EARN YOUR RAID SPOT, and show that you are the best person for the job. You must be confident in what you are doing and want to show that you can do it better than anyone else.
6.) You must have a microphone, and Ventrilo, and not be afraid to use it when required.
7.) Be over 18 years of age, there have been some exceptions to this, but don't even consider it if you are under 17.
What you can expect from us.
1.) A guild for the hard working man/women or the real life hero. Progress group will raid 2-3 times a week on this schedule, so make sure it fits your life before you apply to the guild.
Monday: 6:00pm - ~9:00pm server (this day is optional)
Tuesday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm server
Wednesday: 6:00pm - 9:00pm server
Thursday: 6:00pm - No raids
Friday: 6:00pm - No raids
Saturday: No raids
Sunday: No raids
2.) A fun guild where the atmosphere is priority one. I want everyone to have a great time while playing world of warcraft. The goal of End Game is for it to be everyone's favorite hobby! But at the same time it will be a guild with a highly competitive nature with many players who have competed at the highest level in every MMORPG they played in.
3.) A guild that will strive to be the best Semi-hardcore guild.
