Kaizen is a guild that is dedicated to end game, progression
content. The name of our guild stands for continuous improvement
and it is the foundation for our methodology in raiding. The best
players always get spots in the progression raids and performance
is the ultimate determination for raid spots.
We are currently seeking the best of the best of all classes. We strongly encourage anyone who feels as though they play at the highest level possible to apply. If you are interested in a serious and organized guild constantly working towards improvement please apply. If you are the best or better than our current raiders, you will find yourself in a progression raid spot.

Kaizen is a Blade's Edge (US) guild which was founded to give like-minded players a place to pursue their in-game goals with like-minded individuals. We value player skill, competitive spirit, teamwork, dedication, a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Our goals, as a guild, are to experience all the worthwhile content World of Warcraft has to offer in a timely and efficient manner, while reaping the rewards for our efforts.

Recruit and retain a competitive team of the very best players with a shared goal of experiencing the best of the content the game has to offer in a timely and efficient manner.
