“Killér Instinct” Guild

VISION
Killér Instinct is a progression raiding World of Warcraft guild. We endeavor to build a family of high-caliber and dedicated raiders to get us to our goal of being a top progressed guild. Raiding is hardcore. Other aspects of the guild are friendly.

MISSION
We will become a top progressed guild through assembling top talent through both recruitment and organic growth. Similar to how the armed forces maintains active and inactive ready reserve, we will be working on maintaining a body of active 'main' raiders, equivalent caliber stand-ins and 'reserve' raiders. All raiders will be required to give their best, be willing to help fellow raiders, be cooperative with the raid leader and officers, and last but not least, be willing to take constructive criticism. We believe that if a raider cannot take constructive criticism, that raider will slow the progress of the guild. We also expect all raiders to be respectful. No guildie is better than another and elitism is not tolerated and will be dealt with swiftly.

RAIDING APPLICANT EXPECTATIONS
We value raiders who take raiding seriously. This means being on-time and prepared. This includes having taken the time to have your enchants done, flasks in hand, by the time the raid starts and includes taking the time to work with your class officers to improve yourself. This also includes having all the tools required to raid, e.g. ventrilo.

We value commitment. We realize real-life comes up, especially during a week where the raid may be pushing really hard for progression. We want individuals who will communicate well in advance their absence, out of respect for the raid officers and fellow raiders. This means being on-time and ready at the start of the raid. As a raider, you need to be committed to the raid to ensure that it goes.

We value cooperation. During and outside of raid, we ask raiders to cooperate for the betterment of the guild's progression. These requests could include stepping out for another raider if it is decidedly needed.

We value teamwork. The core of teamwork is individuals getting along and respecting each other. It will be difficult in a hardcore environment to sometimes remember this, but teamwork is the fabric of our raiding existence. Without teamwork, the raid will fall apart and no one will have fun.

We value folks who know how to give constructive criticism but who also know how to listen.

We value mature and humble individuals. Don't boast and inadvertently make others feel bad about something. Cursing is NOT allowed and is a gkick offense.

We value common sense.

If you feel that you have the same core values, then this guild is for you. If you do not, then this guild is NOT for you.
