Loot:
Loot is handled by a loot council based on;
Attendance - We want to gear up people we can depend on.
Performance - Do you put that extra bit of effort into your class? We reward going that extra mile!
Punctuality - Please be on time with all consumables... don't hold us all up.
Gear - It's your BiS? Let us know.

Environment:
For the most part we are a very fun laid back guild during raid. We crack jokes and push others to do better. We want everyone to strive to be the best while having fun doing it. When it's time to get serious... we put on our game faces and smash through content. It's being able to determine what time is play time and what time is serious time that sets us apart from other guilds. We want to provide a place for you to have fun... yes see end game content.

If you are struggling we will help you... but please be open to the help we offer. Players who are slacking or holding us back will be removed. Competitive raid spots are a must in any guild. However... working with someone before it becomes an option of replacing them is more important than finding another person.
"We would rather build relationships than build a raid group. Help us do that!"

Attendance:
We don't require 100% attendance but we do require enough to be valuable. If you can't make it please get in touch with an officer. We will have multiple ways for you to get in touch with any of us.
Just because you are late does not mean you will not be used.

Raid Group:
We do not recruit for a bench. We will have back up raiders... but we can not depend on those players. We will be depending on you! So if you want to raid every night every encounter and not sit out... This is the guild for you!
