Pwny's Loot Policy
Our officers and Class mentors are here to conduct business in an unbiased and fair manner.
We will gear players based on our discretion of what is in the best interest of the guild.
A player's performance, attentiveness and dedication are some of the factors we use to determine if you will get gear. We want to gear up players that will assist in guild advancement through content. Just because you may need something more than another player does not mean you will get it. If you periodically show up just for the loot and not for the content, you most probably will be disappointed. If you are here to assist our guild advance, you will be rewarded.
Pwny's Advancement
A major premise behind this guild's inception is to strive on clearing end game content. If you are here only for loot, this guild is not for you. We gear our players so that they may assist in our task.
Two things that are guild killers are drama and loot issues. If you cause drama periodically, you will be warned or kicked out of the guild depending on severity regardless of your senoirity, performance or contribution. If you disrespect other players, you will be removed from the raid immediately. If you think you deserve a piece of loot more than another player that got it, then find another guild that shares the same vision as yourself.
If you continually and consistently show up for raids prepared with consumables and a positive attitude towards wanting to conquer end game content, you will be rewarded. Be happy when others receive loot and they will be happy for you when you receive yours.
