Roshambo is a semi-hardcore 10 Man raiding guild on Bonechewer-US. What makes us semi-hardcore is that we only raid 2 nights a week, 3 hours each night, but we push progression as much as we can.

Firelands: 6/7 Heroic

The core of Roshambo is made up from a bunch of close friends that go back to the Burning Crusade, and some from Vanilla. We have officers that have experience in clearing Sunwell at 70, all content in Wrath including heroic LK 25 and RS 25 @ 80 and quite a few Hard Modes in Cata. We are looking for a couple more very high quality players to fill the remaining holes in our core group.

We are always looking for exceptional players and PVPers. Also we like to have backups in case emergencies occur or people can't make a raid.


Is Roshambo the place for you?

Roshambo is a friendly 10 man raid environment that focuses on raid progression. Even with the short amount of raid time that we do have, we push through content and kill bosses.

Raid times:

Tuesdays 9pm -12pm PST
Thursday 9pm -12pm PST (sometimes 12:30)


- Raiders must be willing to put in the work it takes to learn encounters. Be prepared beforehand! Whether it's watching some videos on the encounters you don't know, reading strats to find the best one, or figuring out how you can do your best in that encounter. Since our raid time is limited, whatever information you can gather and/or experience before raids is a huge bonus.

- You must be willing to spend the appropriate amount of time outside of raiding to farm for consumables, repair costs, alternate gear/resist sets(if and when they're needed), etc.

- Have your best gear you possibly can. Have the right reputations to get enchants / gear, and have TWO raiding professions.

Recruitment Requirements:

Parses:

I know that not everyone records parses on World of Logs etc. But having these parse is a huge bonus for you when showing us your potential. If you have them great! If you don't, we will have to test you ourselves, if you get into the recruit status.

Previous Raiding Experience:

Mandatory. The more experience you have, the better your credibility. We are looking for experienced players who has played end game in previous expansions rather then geared people. You can fix gear, but you can't fix stupid.

Attendance:

You must be able to maintain a high attendance, especially when we raid 2 night s a week. Obligations come up from time to time, we understand that. However skipping a day every week or 2 is not tolerable.

Gear:

Show effort in working on your gear. Due to lame drop rates, you might very well not have the pieces you need, but be sure to gem/enchant properly and ready to back up your reasons if questions arise.
