Band of Brotherz is a 10 man raiding guild, currently seeking ranged DPS (no specific class needed), a few healers (preferably a mistweaver monk, or a holy paladin), and a off tank (Dk Pally or Warrior preferred).
Our raid days are:
Tue: 8:30pm-12:00am (10) Main Raid
Wed: 8:30pm-12:00am (10) Main Raid
We are currently working on ToT hoping to get into heroics asap, seeking to bolster our numbers with solid raid members that can execute properly and make all raid days so we can successfully push forward.
Before you decide to apply for Band of Brotherz, this is what we expect out of our members:
REQUIREMENTS:
1. You must be level 90.
2. Must be able to attend ALL raid days. Reliability and performance are important in a raiding guild.
3. You must be well-geared (up to par with our guild's current content) and have either previous experience with all of the fights we have encountered or are progressing through (495+ iLvL).
4. You must have your own food and flasks. We only provide food, but in case you miss it due to an AFK or whatnot, you must be able to fulfill your own duties.
5. You must have Ventrilo and you must have DBM installed.
6. You must have a good PC/Mac as well as a good connection in order to be considered a full-time core raider.
LOOT SYSTEM:
We run on a loot council, based on attendance, gear upgrade, personality, and pretty much everything consumed into one. We use more than one loot master, but generally the officers agree to who should get an item.
