Please note that we run a lean roster and all members should expect to be in many raids. We are not recruiting benchwarmers. That said, initiates naturally may be asked to sit before members if the need arises. The ideal candidate is experienced with end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, friendly, willing and able to learn, generous, and at least halfway intelligent.

Your application should be thorough; you will not get into Equilibrium if it looks like your application was filled out in 5 minutes. Sell yourself to us. Show us that you're competent enough to join us by showing us that you're competent enough to be thorough in your application. Use proper spacing, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. We're going to be very conscious about performance. You should have extensive gear and experience, be highly motivated, and capable of taking constructive feedback about your game play.

What you should expect from us:

When we get to progression bosses we expect you to perform at your best and to work together as a group. The time spent progressing on new bosses will be spent optimally; getting as many attempts in as possible, as well as having a very focused and determined environment.

We have many achievement driven people in the guild and if you like them you will have alot of company for new achievement groups when they come out.



The following is expected of all applicants:

1. You must be level 85.

2. You must have ventrilo.

3. You must have a good computer and a stable internet connection.

4. You must be able to raid at least 90% of our scheduled raid nights each week

5. You must be willing to respec as needed; we are a PvE guild.

6. You must be able to read and follow directions.
