“Knights of Twisted Fate” Guild

LOOKING FOR:

Back-up raid tanks with DPS offspec to help tank mythic and mythic+ dungeons during the week. Should be able to slip into raid tank position when needed. Prefer one DK and one Demon Hunter each as we don't currently have those specs in our raid group.

Boomkin - Yes, we know you aren't rocking the DPS scales as hard as a destruction warlock, but you have other fine qualities we value. Resto druid offspec would be even more desirable in case one of our resto druids is out.

Resto Shammy Back-up - Need someone with an Elemental or Enhancement main/Resto off-spec to fill in situationally or as backup.

REQUIREMENTS:

As of 11/05/2016 we are 7/7N* and ready to start our heroic progression as soon as we get the entire raid team geared up. Applicants must be on or willing to switch to the Dalaran-US server and join the guild within a month of raiding with the team.

This is a casual raid team, meaning we are not meter whores and we DO NOT raid 7 nights a week. We work as a team and try to help individual members learn to become better players. This is NOT a "point fingers" raid team, but we DO expect you to learn mechanics first and foremost (you must not stand in bad things). Your DPS/HPS will follow as you become more comfortable with each boss and get better gear. You will be expected to use certain raid add-ons such as DBM and GTFO, etc. and have Ventrilo ready to use on raid nights.

Raid times are Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday nights 7:30PM to 10:00PM Eastern, 4:30PM to 7:00PM Pacific. You must be able to dedicate Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday nights to progression raiding. The other nights of the week we try to organize some pick-up mythic and mythic+ dungeon groups for both main and alt characters. Just depends on who doesn't have work/family/RL responsibilities on those nights.

This is a family style guild/raid team. You should be kind, considerate, patient and willing to pitch in. Yes, we do drop an F-bomb now and then - we raid, it's expected. The guys will joke with each other as many of the members on our team have been together about a year now. We do not tolerate cruelty, dysfunctional behavior or general a&#-hattedness. We share our gear if we don't need it and while we could master loot, have found we get more gear drops through the personal loot setting.

*We do have a few non-guild members who have been with us since we were a cross-server raiding group and as such, while our group is 7/7N, Wednesday night kills may not have the requisite number of guild members to reflect guild progression.
