First things first, we are an end game PvE guild. This means you will be expected to have your gear enchanted and gemmed properly for PvE. With Ulduar out, we're raiding a lot. If you can't be totally committed to doing so, we're probably not the guild for you. We expect all applicants to be at least outfitted in 25 man Naxx gear that is available to you, as it is a measure of your desire, and general knowledge of how to play your class.

Loot is officer-decided, based ultimately on overall benefit to the guild. Member attendance, recent items awarded, size of upgrade, and contribution to raids are all things that factor into decisions.

Be Patient with your application, as it is a process. We are not the type of guild that will invite as soon as you throw in an application. We are going to be more selective of who we bring into our guild. You have got to make yourself available for raids. Not showing up to raids, 1-2 weeks into your trial period, will be frowned upon. You have to show that you want to be in this guild. It is one thing to say you want to PvE. It is one thing to say you want to be in this guild. It is another thing to SHOW it.

About you

An ideal candidate, for our guild, is a mature player who continually seeks to improve his or her character, shows up to raids on time with consumables, and is ready and willing to work their way through encounters in order to progress. We aren't looking to recruit players who have bed times or that get grounded for not doing their homework. Furthermore, we typically are not interested in someone who only logs on for raids and is never seen again. Ideally you are someone that's interested in getting to know our members and becoming an active member of our guild.

These are the current classes/specs we are currently in need of. If your class is not listed, do not get discouraged. We are always on the look out for exceptional players. If you can avoid void zones with your ninja like reflexes, while mocking them, then we want you!

Our Schedule

Our raid schedule for progression is roughly as follows: All times are MST
Sunday: 6 Server - 11 Server
Tuesday: 6 Server - 11 Server
Wednesday: 6 Server - 11 Server
Thursday: 6 Server - 11 Server
Monday, Friday, Saturday - Off Nights

This may look like a lot of time spent in a raid at first look. However, we don't have a mandatory attendance policy in place. This allows for those real life events that may pop up to not result in a penalty (assuming you let us know you're going to be unavailable.) That doesn't mean you can skip half the raids and expect to keep a spot in the raid. We still expect high attendance, we just allow some flexibility. Currently though, we're clearing all content in two nights of raiding so missing half the raids will hurt even more.
