Casual but serious players. We have a minimal raiding schedule, and
our policies are flexible. We try to accomadate people with busy
lives and make sure that WoW is not the number 1 priority. However
for people that do raid we still expect a high level of experience,
knowledge, maturity, and performance. When we do raid we expect
people to do their jobs efficiently so that in our limited raiding
