Introduction:
Brave New World is an established +8 GMT Alliance guild on Dath'remar that combines one of the shortest raiding schedules on the server with hardcore standards of dedication and preparedness, while maintaining a fun atmosphere.

Recruitment Needs
As of 1st September we are recruiting for hard-modes, Coliseum and preparing for Icecrown Citadel (would have to be well-geared as well as absolutely optimized spec/gemming/rotations etc. to meet hard-mode dps requirements - epic gems expected in all slots on all raiders):
1. One ranged dps.
2. One enhance shaman.
However, all great dps will be considered regardless of class at this time, so if you think you're a good fit please drop us an application.
Current Progression and Direction
We have defeated Yogg-Saron 25 in Ulduar (Alliance second), Heartbreaker (Alliance second), Hodir hard mode (Alliance second), Thorim hard mode and Yogg+3. Our 10 man team is working on Algalon.
We are now working on further 25 hard-modes within our efficient 9 hour raid week.

History
Earlier in the year we cleared killed Sartharion +3 Drakes and 6 minute Malygos. Our success in TBC is a testament to our effectiveness and raid efficiency, clearing content from Maulgar to 5/6 Sunwell (2/6 Sunwell pre-3.0) in 6 months within our short raid week.
Raid Times
25-man raid nights are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
11:00pm-2:00am Server-Time
9:00pm-midnight Singapore/HK/Thailand
Our Philosophy
1. Exceptional preparation. Full consumables / perfect enchants / perfect specs, gems etc. will be par for the course for all raiding members. You will be expected to know all fights and do your own research.
2. Self Motivated Players. We want players who would go the extra mile to be the best in your class. Be it keeping up with upcoming patch notes, or theorycrafting on Elitistjerks, we believe everybody has room for improvement.
3. In-depth Post Mortem Analysis. WWS will be analyzed after every raid for weaknesses and areas for improvement.
4. Sustainable raiding volume. We presently raid 3 25 man raid nights for 3 hours a night. Nothing unhealthy.
5. Fair Distribution. We practice a modified Loot Council system which spreads things around fairly efficiently, with no-DKP and no drama.
6. Like-minded Players. We believe in recruiting people that match our personality and of equal skill so everyone feels at home playing with each other.
7. Dedicated Officer Corps. Officers that works for the members and not the other way round.
