“PRIMAL” Guild

PRIMAL, Dawnbringers ONLY 25 man raiding guild, is always looking for exceptional raiders for our raid team. We do understand this is a “GAME” and love to enjoy each other’s company and have fun; however, to be good at anything takes effort and dedication, and Warcraft is no different. End-game Raiding is different as compared to LFR and more casual play. It requires consistent execution, more dedication, and much more preparation. We expect our members to have the Desire, Dedication and Determination to down content in an expedient manner on a limited raid schedule. Our goal is to push the envelope on what can be accomplished with a lean roster on a short, but very efficient, raid schedule.

Raid Days/Times:
Tues/Weds 730-1030pm Server (CST)

As a potential raider, you should possess the following characteristics:

• We run a very LEAN raid team. As a result, you must be able to make 85% of raids on a consistent basis. Real life does happen and we understand, but we seek raiders who can generally make 85% of raids on a long term basis.
• You need to be able to tolerate constructive criticism. This means if you're told you've done something wrong, accept it, fix it, and move on. Our Raiders can take criticism, and we expect our applicants to as well.
• You need to be able to pay attention and not go AFK all the time. We all have lives too, going AFK isn't the end of the world, but we have designated times where we have AFK breaks. If you consistently go AFK, don't bother to apply.
• A desire for success. You're applying with us because you want to experience end game content in a fast, efficient manner. We like to have fun, but play to WIN.
• Know your class! Know how your class works, what the best enchants/gems are, and how the mechanics for your class work.
• You absolutely must have a high level of situational awareness. No one likes the guy who stands in void zones or consistently wipes the raid due to a lack of focus. Mistakes are fine, but pay attention.
• An important concept: Don't raid for loot! All applicants must acknowledge before they apply that while loot is great and helps progression, it is not the reason for raiding! You should desire to see end game content, not pillage it!
• Have fun! While we take raiding seriously, that doesn't mean we're elitist jerks. We're pretty laid back and enjoy each other’s company. We are helpful and respectful to those inside and outside the guild, and have a sound reputation overall.
