If you're interested in joining ask any online member, almost everyone has invite access. If you are interested in a raid position should one open speak with Vannatar, or Atamala.
We don't have a very strict recruitment process, for raiding or otherwise. The guild has always operated under a very open "recruit everyone, kick d-bags" rule rather than being selective with invites and it has served us well for years.
