COMING BACK! SEP 21 ST 2018! PST FOR MORE INFO MARKOSH#1840!
Sepsis was formed in Dec 2011 and was successful until Dec 2012, at which point too many people dropped at once, causing slow down in progression and burning out trying to recruit and train new folks. All of which probably cause by young server with low PvE population.
Sepsis will be remembered and respected for being the flagship of Alliance PvE progression, inspiring others to improve and push for skill and perfection. And even though it is very hard to push and enjoy it at the same time all the time, Sepsis did a great job finding a middle ground for semi-hardcore raiding schedule(3 nights, 12-14 hours total) and positive Teamspeak environment.
Distributed leadership model, where everyone was able to affect the strategy with logical reasoning, proved to be successful. Everybody coming up with valuable ideas, while learning in the process, is a great way to improve personally and as a group.
Everybody's efforts are greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
