“Semi Serious” WoW Guild

Semi Serious is currently recruiting! We have all come from hardcore raid guilds and are tired of that style of gameplay so if you are as well, please read on!

Here is what we are looking for...

Warlock
Holy Priest
**TANK** Prot Pally/War Preferably
any outstanding melee dps class

and of course any other skilled player with 13/14 Ulduar experience and gear to compliment, please feel free to apply.

Key Points of SS:

What we expect from raiders:
- Be prepared each night for fights which includes flasks, pots, and some knowledge of the progression at hand.
- High tolerance to criticism and the ability to hold one's composure under pressure.
- The ability to respond and execute orders given during fights.
- The ability to progress with your gear meaning, we expect your dps to increase with upgrades performance is key.

What we provide our raiders:
- Experienced raid leaders with the experience to optimize the raid performance.
- Free repairs for main runs.
- Enchanting mats for mainly BIS pieces.
- Raid synergy, many guilds do not consider synergy key but at SS every buff counts.
- Enjoyment, this guild has had fun and exciting raids time and time again.
- Server ranking: we always expect to be in the top 15 server wide and we have been since the start.
- Connections: the guild has many players who have been on the server for over 4 years and have connections to create/get people into better than normal pugs on Destromath.

Currently our guild is very diverse, though the main goal for our raiding is the same. We are looking for competent players who are willing to put in some time and effort to make our guild successful. We have two raiding teams, a primary and a secondary, which allows people who have time conflicts to still have the option to raid on a weekly basis with our secondary group. For the more hardcore player who wishes to be in the primary raid, there are qualifications that must be met which including showing up on time, not missing raids, holding your own in the charts in respect to whatever spec you play, and not crashing or going AFK for unreasonable amounts of time. We do understand life situations may arise and cause conflict, but all we ask is that you tell us in advance or make an effort to talk with us after the fact. If this is something you can understand and adhere to we would look forward to having you apply.

We cannot stress this enough, we raid 8 hours a week and ask that everyone makes that time available every week. Also younger applicants will not be accepted pending a vent interview, normally someone under 21 will not be accepted.

LOOT COUNCIL

Loot is distributed by the officers, we will link an item in raid and if someone needs that particular item they would press 1. From there the officers decide who of those who pressed 1 get the item or get to roll for the item. There is no loot stacking each week a raider can expect to get at least 1 item depending on the drops of course.

Raid times are:
Tuesday- 5-9pm PST
Thursday- 5-9pm PST
Sunday (10 man's) 1-5pm or 5-9pm PST depending on which group you get into.
