Going forward with MoP, the former GM of <Gong Show>, and raid leader of <Vigil>, as well as the leaders of <Strat> from Mal'ganis have teamed up to form a competitive raiding team on the Detheroc server. The leadership as well as some of the members are veteran players, having played the game seriously since vanilla, even clearing Naxx40 when it was relevant content.

We've already established ourselves as the top guild on server, and enjoy not having to do our dailies on a server such as Mal'ganis or Illidan. Detheroc is also a great server for farming certain "rare" mobs and guaranteeing that Galleon kill each week (as long as you're active anyways). The BMAH is also incredibly easy to obtain those 509 epics/mounts you may want, most of these items have gone for low amounts such as 30k for 509 mail belts, and 60k for Ashes of Al'ar.

The raid times we're currently raiding is Tuesday/Sunday/Monday 8-11 CST, this is subject to change if we find other days work better in the future but for now this is the norm. There are also times where we may be close to killing a boss and would like to push an extra hour or so to kill it but this doesn't happen often

Someone apping in the tanking role is expected to be vocal about using/needing cooldowns, and actually communicating with the main tank and raid leader. A good mic and being able to talk is a definite requirement.

All apps are required to make a good effort to assimilate themselves into a new surrounding, we're a small guild and all of the members get along with each other, most of us call each other by our first name even, it's important that while you may still have friends out of the guild, you consider this to be your new "home" in game.

Trials must be patient and understanding that in a 10m setting some encounters require people to main switch, play off specs like an ace, and not waste either of our time. During progression, it's required to show a genuine interest in whatever boss we're currently working on and chipping in any info or ideas you think would benefit us in any way, we're not really into people that just show up and expect to be told why a certain mechanic works a certain way especially when the new Dungeon Journal feature is available in the game.

We have a pretty nice community here with people interested in Challenge Modes and old world content.

If interested please feel free to head to our forums at http://www.door-strat.com/forums/ and register and fill out an application. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to contact Riou or Alythess in game. Add Vidar#1867 on real ID as well for more info.
