Recruiting:
all classes
- You need to be able to maintain at least 80% raid attendance.
- Know your class/role and how to effectively play it in a raid environment. We aren't looking for people that need to be taught how to play.
- Keep a clear mind and a good attitude. During progression wipes will happen, deal with it.
- Avoid tunnel vision. We aren't interested in players who spend all their time staring at cooldowns and unit frames. You need to be able to keep track of everything that is going on around you at all times and not stand in bad things.
- Have a stable connection and computer that can handle raiding.
- Be able to communicate via Ventrilo (this means you have to talk sometimes!).
- Most importantly have fun. We don't need any douche bags or downers.
DPS - We're looking for players that can do competetive damage. By this we mean at least 5k single target DPS on average in a 25 man raid.
Healers - Our interest lies in healers who can both follow assignements and think on the fly.
Tanks - We're looking for tanks that can effectively handle both tanking and doing exceptional DPS when tanking is not needed.
