Who We Are
<Wizards IRL>is an Alliance guild on the US Doomhammer realm. We are a serious PvE raiding guild whose sole focus is to raid high quality content with a group of tight-knit high quality players on a casual raid schedule (3 nights per week). We believe that there is no reason to raid 5 nights a week when you can be very competitive by raiding 3 nights.

Mandatory 25man Raid Schedule:
Tuesday: 8-11pm (MST) / 10 - 1am (EST) / 7 - 10pm (PST)
Wednesday: 8-11pm (MST) / 10 - 1am (EST) / 7 - 10pm (PST)
Thursday: 8-11pm (MST) / 10 - 1am (EST) / 7 - 10pm (PST)
WE DO NOT RECRUIT FOR ‘BENCH’ SPOTS. But as with all healthy raiding guilds sitouts are part of the raiding environment.
All applicants are expected to have their gear enchanted and socketed as well as their glyphs full and appropriate for their role in raids. Furthermore, please have Heroic ICC25 Ready gear. Any applicant without these simple requirements will immediately be looked at as not having the drive to compete in a high quality raid environment.
Because we do have a short raid week we expect a high level of play and commitment from ALL applicants to <Wizards IRL>.
App period / Expectations
Our application period is two weeks during which you will accumulate WKP (Wizard Kill Points) and be able to bid on gear. During that time you will be rotated in and out of the raid on various different fights to test your ability in different scenarios. We will assess your abilities, taking into account gear level and will even coach if necessary. You will have full access to all of our resources, including strategy; resources that are necessary for you to show your skill in the best light possible.

Wizards IRL is a highly competitive raiding guild and as such we are very selective in choosing new members.
We offer a fun and humorous environment that gets things done 3 nights a week, 3 hours a night.
