Greff Squad is a new raiding guild formed towards the end of TBC on
Bonechewer with the intentions of pvp'ing and casually running 10
mans. When wolk hit we saw a huge influx of old friends joining us
and the itch to raid hit again. We transfered to Drak'Tharon at the
end of January to escape the server lag of Bonechewer.
While Greff Squad is fairly new, the majority of our members have been playing wow together in some form or another since 2005. While in the past most of us have done the whole raiding 20-30 hour a week thing, due to real life it is no longer possible for most of us. We do still want to see all the content wow has to offer and settled on a raiding for three and a half hours three nights a week. With smart use of time this is we have found this to be enough to accomplish what we want.
If you are looking for a guild thats going to raid 20+ hours a week and compete for server firsts we probably aren't for you. But if you are looking for a guild who raids more casually yet still at a fairly high level of play we might be for you.
